Yunnan International Building and Decoration Materials Expo (referred to as "Yunnan Building Expo"), founded in 2007, has undergone more than ten years of development and has now become the largest professional construction and decoration exhibition for South Asia and Southeast Asia.

For many years, Yunnan Building Expo has been committed to building a complete one-stop product and service display platform for exhibitors and professional visitors, covering the entire industry chain from "construction" to "decoration". Through joint efforts with various organizers and cooperative units, adhering to the concept of "building a green China", it aims to create an important platform for the construction and decoration industry in the province and even the whole country to "go global" towards South Asia and Southeast Asia, accelerate industrial structure upgrading, and promote high-quality development of the construction and decoration industry.

After more than ten years of cultivation, the Yunnan Building Expo has developed from a single building material to covering exhibition themes such as building materials, decorative materials, green buildings, prefabricated buildings, whole house customization, customized home furnishings, doors and windows and supporting facilities, wall insulation and roof waterproofing, building coatings and flooring materials, lighting and ceramic sanitary ware, smart home appliances and kitchen and bathroom appliances. The exhibition area has increased from 50000 square meters to 80000 square meters, with over 150000 visitors, and has received unanimous praise from exhibitors and industry practitioners.
